Warm-up for the NTN "A" meet at Southlake Carroll HS are as follows:

Team Warm-ups

There will be no split warm-ups.

Friday – Warm-up – 4:30 to 5:15 pm, 5:30 pm start
Meet will be run in two pools.
*Friday night events are all distance events and swimmers must provide their own
timers.*

Saturday and Sunday AM – Warm-up - 8:00 to 8:45 am, 9:00 am start
12 & Unders – Meet will be run in one pool.

Saturday and Sunday PM – Warm-up – 1:00 to 1:45 pm, 2:00 pm start
Meet will be run in two pools.
