Warm-up start times for Group 1 teams:

Friday - 4:30 p.m.
Saturday - 8:30 a.m.
Sunday - 9:00 a.m.

Sunday Afternoon Senior Practice

Senior Team members competing in the high school regional meet on Monday will have a short workout on Sunday afternoon at 3:00 PM. Practice will last no more than thirty to forty-five minutes.

SWAT B/C Changes

Tomorrow's SWAT B/C meet warm-up and start times have changed.

Warm-up will be at 9:00 a.m. and the meet will start at 10:00 a.m.

The district has given us permission to swim this afternoon. Our window is 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. A coach will be on deck during this time.

The 2010 UIL 5A Region II and III Swimming Championships will be held at the MISD Natatorium Friday and Saturday, February 13-14.

Friday's MAC practices have been rescheduled to Tuesday, Feb 9th.
Saturday's practices are cancelled.
